1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full or partial refund based on the cancellation window outlined at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is subject to the following terms:

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will follow applicable laws and may offer rebooking or credits in lieu of refunds, subject to our discretion.
